Roof needed replacing almost immediately.
This is from inside the living room looking back to the main entrance.
Standing at the front door, this is the hallway to the bedrooms.
The main bathroom in the house. Hard to tell from this picture, but it looks like a sauna house inside because of the dark wood. This will eventually be redone.
The master bedroom. Not much to see. It would be nice to have french doors instead of the back window leading out into the back yard.
The living room with nice vaulted cielings and huge window. All the wood will be coming down and sheet rock going up. The carpet will become hardwood (I am leaning towards either tiger wood or maple at this point).
Living room looking into the dining room and on the far side the kitchen. I plan on ripping out a lot of the brick and the wood stove. The wall to the kitchen will become open.
From the kitchen looking out into the dining room and living room. The kitchen will get a full remodel.
The rest of the kitchen.
Right beside, almost in, the kitchen is a small bathroom with the smallest shower you have possibly ever seen! This bathroom will be removed to make way for the kitchen to actually become a decent size (16'x12').
A large 20x22 room on the farside of the kitchen. This will be spit into two main rooms. One bedroom and a workshop area.
The back deck looking at the sliding door into the dining room and then the master bedroom sticking out beyond the main portion of the house.
The back deck looking towards dining room door and kitchen door. The kitchen door will likely be removed completely and the sliding door into the dining room will become french doors.
The expansive back deck even has a gazebo which is calling out for a hot tub. Not yet.
This is the front view from the bay window in the living room. The lake is behind the trees and condos, but you can see it...slightly.
Ok, there may have been some unknown water damage.
I don't think wiring is suposed to look like this.
This was a light switch in the post that was in the kitchen.
A splice to wire up the microwave.
